Vivarta collects information submitted through enquiry, calculator, booking, feedback and tracking workflows to respond, plan service, communicate and maintain legitimate business records. Access should be limited to authorised personnel. Photographs should not be published as marketing material without appropriate review and permission.

Payment and membership records

When a customer starts a Care Plan payment, Vivarta Shine records contact information, the selected plan, billing cycle, transaction amount, local reference and payment-gateway identifiers needed for reconciliation and support. Vivarta Shine does not collect or store full card details, CVV, UPI PIN or banking passwords.

Website analytics

We may record page visits, interactions, device/browser information, referral source and IP address for website security, service improvement and lead-response analysis. Access is restricted to authorised administrators and records are retained for limited periods.
