Image & Review Consent Policy

1. Voluntary submission

Reviews and photographs are submitted voluntarily. Do not upload confidential documents, private individuals without permission, personal identifiers or content you do not own or control.

2. Moderation

Vivarta Shine may verify, edit for length or clarity, reject or remove submissions. The meaning of a review will not be intentionally changed.

3. Permission to publish

By selecting consent, you permit Vivarta Shine to display approved feedback and selected images on its website and official marketing channels. Ownership remains with the original rights holder.

4. Withdrawal

You may request removal by contacting info@vivartagroup.in with enough information to identify the content. Removal from third-party caches or previously printed material may not be immediate.

5. Client and trademark disclosure

Client names, logos and trademarks are used only where permission or a lawful portfolio basis exists and do not imply endorsement.
